HBA have refurbished this central Soho office building on a tight budget.

Ceiling heights to the office floors have been maximised with the old suspended ceilings removed and mesh rafts added, concealing services between low downstand beams.

 

Uplighting adds to the new sense of height, with fresh air being supplied via a lowered bulkhead around the main core. On-floor WCs have been refurbished with a timeless palette of terrazzo and timber 

 

External service courtyards at basement level have been linked to the office floors with new doors had green walls and new hard landscaping added.

The front section of the basement has been converted into a bike store with natural light from pavement lights and shower and changing facilities
