HBA have completed the refurbishment of 4 Bentinck Street for The Howard De Walden Estate
 
The scheme involved the refurbishment of 6no. office floors, including WCs and a new reception area.
 
Green elements have been added to the scheme with a new green roof to the rear wing, green walls and upgraded roof terraces with new planters.

 

The reception and WCs have been reconfigured at ground floor level to suit potential multi-let floors and additional showers have been added in the basement
