While at Buckley Gray Yeoman, Matt Hale redesigned this existing office building for F&C Reit Asset Management.



The scheme involved the extensive refurbishment of the existing entrance and double-height reception with all new finishes and lighting.

The project also involved the Cat A refurbishment of 35,000sqft of office space and the overhaul of the existing  wc.
