HBA have been appointed to refurbish 3no. office floors and the reception of this iconic Listed building on Lower Regent St.

The reception area and common parts have been redesigned to create an aesthetic that celebrates and enhances the history of the building and it's unique setting.
HBA have also gained consent for a new roof terrace overlooking Lower Regent St with sweeping view north to Piccadilly Circus and south to the Royal Parks.
The terrace will be accessed via an extended lift and a glazed 'winter garden' which can be opened up to the terrace in the summer months.
The office floors are being refurbished to maximise ceiling heights and the WC cores have been reconfigured to provide improved tenant facilities, including on-floor showers.
