HBA have designed a new-build naturally-ventilated HQ building for the Royal Association of British Farmers.



The new highly-insulated sustainable building is situated within Abbey Park Business Park on a Listed landscape, outside Leamington Spa, in Warwickshire.

​

The ground floor includes back-of-house facilities and a large boardroom with picture 

windows, framing views of the surrounding countryside. The first floor is open-plan office with strip windows, maximising views.
