Emma joined HBA in 2013, and is an experienced town planning consultant, helping to advise both residential and commercial clients.
 
Having over 15 years experience, working for Dalton Warner Davis on small-scale residential, commercial and historic projects, Emma is able to bring detailed  planning knowledge to HBA's designs, as well as assisting clients with initial appraisals, feasibilities and planning applications.
