Kuoni House is located near Dorking town centre and currently home to the headquarters of Kuoni Travel. The two existing 1960’s office buildings comprise approximately 56,000 sqft of B1(a) use and are set within 20 acres of Grade II* listed registered park & gardens as well as designated metropolitan greenbelt.

 

The site was formerly occupied by an Italianate stately home, Deepdene House, home to Thomas Hope amongst others.

 

Prior Approval was granted for change of use to 85 flats (C3) in 2016 and a now a new application has been lodged for the extension and re-cladding of the existing buildings to provide 123 flats over 90,000sqft.

 

The proposals will also include a new feature Italianate Garden which will connect and improve access to the Lottery funded and recently refurbished Deepdene Gardens.
