HBA have recently completed the refurbishment of this prominent office building in Richmond, for Low Carbon Workplace and Stanhope.

 

33,000sqft of refurbished office space is monitored by digital sensors to significantly reduce overall energy usage. The upper floors of the building have also been reclad to upgrade performance. The building achieved BREEAM 'Excellent' and an EPC rating of 'B'. 

 

The usability of the office floor in the roof has been greatly improved with larger dormers and the building has been fully let to a single tenant.
