HBA have redesigned the entrance, reception and 2no. office floors within this 1930s building, which occupies a city block at the western end of Oxford St.

 

The entrance has been enhanced with new automatic sliding doors and a new projecting canopy with feature backlit side panels to improve visibility of the entrance along North Row.

The reception has been redesigned in a modern interpretation of the Art Deco style of the 1930s.

 

The ceiling has been raised using feature coffers and concealed lighting. The lift reveals are curved with brass feature rails for protection and white marble inlaid panels.

​

The office floors have been refurbished with new accessible ceilings and reconfigured WCs to provide self-contained cubicles and showers in materials to match the new reception
