HBA have recently completed the fifth phase of the refurbishment of this Grade II Listed building, which began in 2016.
The project has now involved the refurbishment of 7no. vacant office floors and 3no. reception areas in the building, to reflect the historic use of the building as a ticket hall for Euston Station.
On the office floors, a stripped back aesthetic has been developed to compliment the existing elements of the building, including the existing steel structure, listed iron metalwork and timber t&g boarding
Exposed services and feature lighting add new interest to the office spaces while old, redundant spaces, such as an old loft and new mezzanines have created a variety of interesting and usable spaces, while adding 20% of NIA to the building.
