HBA have achieved PC on 49 Bryanston Square, a comprehensive refurbishment of a Grade II Listed townhouse for The Portman Estate. The project involved internal reconfigurations to create a 4no. bedroom family home with new external terraces to the rear and potential self-contained unit in the basement for staff or an older relative.
