Working alongside Epiphany, we have completed refurbishment works to the Listed 31 Great Queen Street. The scheme has retained heritage features such as 1930s timber screens along with a fully rejuvenated pitch pine floor on the 2nd floor. The spaces have been tied together with a common material palette and timber panels from the previous fit-out have been repurposed in the reconfigured WCs. Bike storage, showers and changing areas have also been added to the building utilising unused garage and basement space.
