Hays Galleria Phase 2 works start on site

Following our successful Phase 1 retrofit works at Shackleton House completed last year, HBA have now started the Phase 2 works on site with Collins Construction. The works involve creating a new extended reception space and the refurbishment of 3no. office floors and the common parts. The new reception aims to enhance the entrance experience for tenants with improved seating options and touchdown areas, while the materiality reflects the inherent aesthetic of this historic collection of buildings.
