HBA have been appointed by Great Portland Estates to refurbish the lower floors of the mixed-use building, Orchard Court overlooking the east side of Portman Square. The scheme involves the reconfiguration of ground floor retail units to provide improved access to vacant first floor office space, along with the replacement of existing shopfronts and signage.
