HBA have received planning consent from LB Camden for Phase 2 of our Holborn Links Estate project involving the refurbishment of 31 Southampton Row. This building sits on the eastern side of the iconic Sicilian Avenue and is the smaller sister building to 21 Southampton Row, which is currently on site, due for completion Q2 2025.
