HBA have completed their first workplace project for The Howard De Walden Estate with the refurbishment of 4 Bentinck Street. This 6,700sqft little gem upgrades 6no. office floors, reconfigures the ground floor reception and adds green elements throughout the scheme, including new green roofs, extensive planting to the central roof terrace and low-energy MEP services.
