HBA have completed the installation of a new roof terrace at 74 Wigmore Street for The Howard de Walden Estate. The brief was challenging due to a number of overlooking residential properties, but HBA's design gained planning consent through the use of semi-translucent lightweight panels that obscured views, without blocking natural light. The project also involved the refurbishment of the reception and common parts.
