HBA and Gerald Eve have submitted a planning application to LB Camden for the extension and refurbishment of the old police station on Whitfield St. The new office building will provide 55,000sqft of office space with roof terraces on all floors. Both primary elevations onto Whitfield St and Tottenham Court Road are to be re-built in new brickwork with inset loggia balconies overlooking Crabtree Fields.
